Refund and Return Policy
All tattoo deposits and payments are non-refundable. All shop items and merchandise are also non-refundable and non-returnable unless item is missing or damaged due to our fault. or. In the event of items being missing, damage, or mixed up, please contact me personally so we can work on replacing them! Customer caused damage and loss of item will not be refunded or exchanged.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of appointment cancellations or no-call no-show appointments, deposits will be lost and not refunded. In order to book another appointment, you will have to contact me and place another deposit to secure the appointment.

If you need to cancel a merchandise order due to reasons such as payment issues, shipping address isues, or orp purchase of the wrong item, please contact me personally so we can get the issue sorted for you!
Shipping Policy
Most orders will be completed through standard ground shipping with USPS. If purchasing a larger, more fragile item such as a wood panel, shipping fees will need to be completed by customer. We ensure that packages will be wrapped carefully and securely for shipment, with larger items receiving "fragile" stickers, and form of paper product receiving "do not bend" ones.

I also allow item pickup if you are local to me or I am in town for a convention you live by! In these instances, please reach out to me personally with more details, and your shipping fee will be refunded to you as soon as possible!

The information we receive from you is used solely for shipping, billing, and emergency contact purchases. Your information will not be distributed to outside third-parties nor sold under any circumstances.
